Matt is a Veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After serving his country, he returned home only to find himself struggling to cope. Those struggles continued for years as a civilian, until he reconnected with those he served with, and found the transformative power of fitness and community. The Bruce is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Veterans to overcome the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health struggles.
