Our Store

Do you produce the products sold on the website?

No. Our goal is to highlight all of the fantastic organizations across the nation, providing you with a unique shopping experience. When shopping through the NVMM, you are guaranteed to be supporting a Veteran-owned or Veteran-operated company.

How do you choose which companies to work with?

We encourage all Veteran Owned / Veteran Operated companies to apply to become a vendor through our Application Form here. If you have a suggestion for a business we should partner with, please fill out our Business Suggestion Form here.

Ordering & Returns

What is your return policy?

We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per our discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30-days of receipt. The return will be credited for the item purchase price in the original form of payment.

Do I need to make an account to place an order?

It is not required to create an account to make a purchase, but it is encouraged so that you can view your order history, receive exclusive deals and make check-out easier for you in the future.

Is my order tax-exempt?

E-mail us to see if your organization qualifies for tax exempt status. Please allow 5-7 business days for a response.


Do you ship internationally? APO/FPO?

We are working hard to increase our shipping capabilities. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international or APO/FPO shipping. Be on the lookout for this added feature later in 2022.

Can I pick up my items in-store?

Most of our products are sourced from all over the country, and we do not keep a stock of all items here at the Museum. Items that are sold at the Museum Exchage are available for in-store pick-up. Please consult your order receipt for which items will be shipped vs. picked up.

Product Information

When will certain items be back in stock?

Unfortunately, the rate at which an item is restocked is up to the discretion of the individual brand you are ordering from. For Museum Exchange merchandise, we strive to restock quantities at least once a month.

If you are waiting for an item to come back in stock, please sign up for email alerts on the individual product page, and receive an automatic email when your item is restocked.

Are your items made in the United States?

Some products are 100% made in America, and some use 100% American-grown materials. However, items may be assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down. All of our partner organizations and suppliers are U.S. Veterans.
